Will Hinman

Mr. Hinman is a Director at Engine Capital Management, LP. Before joining Engine, he was a Founding Partner at Saddle Point Management, L.P., a value-oriented activist investment firm. Prior to his time at Saddle Point, Mr. Hinman focused on small-cap activist situations as an analyst at Red Oak Partners, LLC.  Earlier in his career, he advised clients on forensic accounting investigations and financial restatements at Navigant Consulting, Inc.

Mr. Hinman received a BS in Finance from Chapman University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a CFA Charterholder.
